I hail from Punjab, Pakistan, and embarked on my Ph.D. journey in January 2022 with Morin Group. As a first-generation graduate student, Lincoln is my first home away from home. My academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from LUMS, Lahore, Pakistan. My fascination with the vibrant hues of chalcogens, the synthesis and modifications of Fe nanoparticles, and playing around magnetic properties propelled me towards a deeper exploration of Chemistry. This passion led me to enroll in a graduate program. My current research is centered around surface chemical modifications, electric field effect analysis, and droplet manipulation on these elastomeric surfaces combining the two.
