Joe Bowen

Joe graduated in 2013 from Benedictine College (Atchison, KS) with a BS in Chemistry and a BS in Biochemistry. His undergraduate research experience was primarily in organic chemistry. He is applying his knowledge to the surface-functionalization of elastomeric polymers with the hopes of creating materials that have mechano-responsive surface chemistry.
