Our group continues to be active in volunteer work both within and outside the Chemistry department.
Chemistry Day 2014
The 2014 Chemistry day was a huge success, with more than 120 students, parents, and teachers visiting us on October 11 for “The Sweet Side of Chemistry – Candy” events. The Langell group was there to help with a Mentos and Soda experiment.
2015 and 2016 Science Olympiad
We also volunteered at the 31st and 32nd Annual Science Olympiads, both of which were held on the UNL campus. Both years, Travis helped hand out awards!
