PTI steady-state fluorimeter with Xe arc or laser excitation
This is a much-used basic tool for generating steady-state fluorescence emission and excitation spectra for a broad range of fluorophores as well as for monitoring slow reactions. Both excitation sources can be modulated for polarization/anisotropy studies.
