Maker Club Course on Soft Robotics."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Morin conducted a three day course on soft robotics as part of the newly created UNL Maker Club.\u00a0 It was the first course offered by the club.\u00a0 A mix of students, faculty, and staff enrolled in the course.<\/p>\n<p>The Club&#8217;s mission statement:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The University of Nebraska\u2013Lincoln<a href=\"http:\/\/maker.unl.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Maker Club<\/a> envisions a campus-driven, city-wide culture that actively fosters student-initiated efforts to fuse engineering, art, design and technology into innovative products and media that spark discussions, solve problems, and inspire humanity \u2014 while establishing partnerships among students, instructors, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in solving the world\u2019s most challenging problems.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Morin&#8217;s\u00a0\u00a0course \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/make.unl.edu\/2014\/04\/01\/248\/\" target=\"_blank\">Soft Robotics: How to Make Squishy Machines<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container
